Welcome!

In 2026, I graduated with a PhD in Economics from Boston University. My research is in development economics, urban economics and political economy with a regional focus on India. 

I served as the co-chair of BU Women & Nonbinary People in Economics from 2023-2025. In October 2025, we organized the flagship WERISE Conference on gender and intersectional representation in the economics profession, featuring a keynote by Dr. Claudia Olivetti and research talks on gender in the intersection of labor, development, and health; as well as a panel and poster session for women and nonbinary PhD students.

Before starting at Boston University, I worked as an RA at the University of California, Berkeley.
